HushType offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have usage limitations. Paid plans are billed monthly through Creem and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

The HushType name, logo, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. The text generated through our service belongs to you. Our AI models and processing algorithms remain our property.

HushType is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
